Hi, my name is Oge, and I’m the founder of TightTeam, a local cleaning company based here in Milton Keynes.

As a full-time working mum, I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, home, kids; and somehow still keep a clean and peaceful space. I used to invite cleaners into my home, hoping for that fresh start, that relief—but more often than not, I was left disappointed. It always felt like a gamble: Would they show up on time? Would they actually do a good job? Could I trust them in my home?

Eventually, I reached a breaking point. Between work, the kids, and trying to hold everything together, I knew something had to change. That frustration; and my desire for something better—not just for me, but for other busy families like mine, is what led me to start TightTeam.
